last night during making love, sperm of my husband touched my vagina and got sticked to outer portion of vagina. Its 14th day of my menstrual cycle(day 1 means when bleeding started) although he has not penetrated. I'm not sure whether I'd a safe sex or will I get pregnant as I dont want to get pregnant at this moment.

If there isn't any chance of getting pregnant from this and I use i-pill then is there any complicacy?

Hi,
Thanks for using healthcare magic.

I have gone through your history.

There are chances to have pregnancy out of this sex. It can not be considered as safe sex.

If you do not want to have pregnancy, you should take emergency contraceptives. You may consult your gynecologist for the same.

Repeated use of hormonal contraceptives may disturb your regular menses. So you should consult gynecologist for that.
If you do not wish to have pregnancy, you should use acceptable contraceptives.

Thanks.

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

The sexual act can be considered unprotected and all measures must be taken as in an unprotected sexual intercourse.

You can take any of the emergency contraceptive pills from your nearest pharmacy or after talking to your gynecologist. This pill is best taken within 1-2 hours of unprotected sex and within 72 hours.

The iPill can cause delayed or irregular periods for 1 or 2 months. Taking I Pill regularly can cause ovarian cysts and hormonal imbalance and abnormal bleeding.

Hope this helps.
