i have an autoimmune blood 4 yrs ive ben dealin ith varaity of pain,ive have emergency visits with paincratic, liver inlargement,linin of my heart inflamed as my lungs,i also have stomache problems comstant pain ive had surgery hlf inch from my rectum witch was a fizzel,and ive had surgery a fe yrs ago 4 2 hemeridge disc in my neck nd sence then i have a stiff neck ,between my shoulder pain mostly musel spasim now most doctors treated me influrmatory med 4 pain relife but most time i start vomittin on most meds nd bad diarrea my queston is could i get your appinion ps and i have constant headache..... thanks carrie prry...

u have undergone many procedures and ur general health is also much affected
if u have constant headache than antiinflamatory drugs are not useful
if any other associated features?
like giddiness? difficulty in vision etc than go for CT scan and eye sight check up
if only headache without any other features than start low dose of amitryptiline 12.5 mg at bed time regularly which prevent headche
regular exercise and healthy diet is must
proper sleep is also must
avoid stressfull work
avoid alcohol etc
