Could Spotting With Flu Like Symptoms Indicate Pregnancy?

I've been experiencing dull backache, (Flu like symptoms) constant headaches,spotting,and tender breast. I've taken two pregnancy test and both were negative. My periods are irregular and I started on the 1st of September but also had spotting this month. Am I pregnant?

Hi,

Your pregnancy tests are reliable when done 10 days after missed period or two weeks after intercourse. Otherwise, false negative results can occur. Hence, consider retesting if required. Your symptoms could be due to flu and may resolve in the next three days. In case of persisting fever for more than 3 days, blood tests should be done to rule out any severe infections.
