Dear Albert, First of all accept my heartiest congratulations that you have an excellent heart which is resistant to average exercise, that's you can even do better and harder exercise without straining your, it's a God gift. Mine was even less that's is between 70 to 80 beats /minute, and on doing a 100 meters dash, my heart rate would barely touch. EVENTUALLY I ENDED AS A SPLINTER. I was selected directly as a Doctor Captain in armed forces. So you are one of the best of the best. Let me know if you want to join our Marine Corps. Lovingly, Dr.Q.
