My sister has blood in her urine and a high protein in urine. She has back pain. Feels bloated in abdominal region. She has been to doctor and is now on 3rd round of antibiotics. She is having night time leg cramps. She also has some skin discoloration at times. She has a puffy face from time to time. She does have a cist in her kidney but her doctor is not concerned with that. Her kidney function seems to be fine. She is very tired and run down . She says she just feels really sick. What should we do next? She is not getting better and feels that something is being missed just not sure what
