You appear to be having acute bacterial sinusitis which needs to be investigated and treated.A opthalmic examination by a Opthalmologist will help rule out any serious issues with the eye tenderness. The backache will probably respond to NSAIDs and muscle relaxant drugs which will be prescribed by your doctor.
