High Blood Pressure. Taking Ramipril. Cause?

Mom, 56years, right leg amputated (chronic diabetic) with known case of pulmonary edema recovered last year, is now diagnoised high bp 200/100 and creatinine level 2.00. presently under ramipiril 5mg bd, arkamin bd, zytanix 2.5mg and lasix 40mg od, nebicard 5mg od and digoxin half a tablet. thyronorm 0.25 tsh level(3rd gen) 7.2. what cud be the cause and suggested remedy?

I hope you are asking about the blood pressure and remedy. This disease can come to anyone without any reason many times...may be because of genetic predispositions. That needs another antihypertensive. BP of 200/100 is little alarming. Better to consult a cardiologist and get treated.
