my name is Rita, age 51...mono at 13 always tested abnormal high AST and Alt of liver..but follow up tests show no hepatitis of any kind...recent blood work shows 0 teststerone..low bun cholesterol is high 139 reg and 161 hdl...thyroid levels normal though all systoms of hypo...low growth hormone being replaced...previous infection for EBV...previous history of many viral and baterial infections high white blood count...brain images show Pineal cyst,mild right side mastoiditis with some fluid signal in mastoid air cells and some enhancement post-gadolinium, andmild prominence of cystic adenoid lymphoid tissue, Lumbar shows small foci areas of abnormal signals intensity consistant with foci of bone marrow edema along the anterior and exterior superior margins L3, L4,L5 vertabrae..this is reminiscent of the shiny corner sign which has been described in early Ankylosing Spondylitis...I don t know if any of these findings are important....I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and low hgh but always have sore limp nodes and now cellitius? does anyone have a idea what it could be or any ideas for future testing?
