High ASO, Back Pain, Difficulty In Walking. Had Spine Disc Prolapse. How To Normalize ASO?
I am found ASO more than 600 . i am suffering from back pain .in my spine l4 l5 disc prolaps . last month when i bend forward i get severe pain in my spine . i could not get up from bed for 3 days , now though my condition is improving but i could not walk more than 5 minutes .plese advice how to make aso to normal level
