Hi There, And Thanks For Your Time. Recently, I Have

Hi there, and thanks for your time. Recently, I have felt pressure about midway down my breastbone--behind it--and there appears to be a kind of feeling that there is also a mass in the area as well. I sort of feel it moving when I roll to my left or right in bed at night. There is no pain--just a sort of pressure and heaviness. About 20 years ago, a doctor said that I have a very small hiatal hernia, and I am wondering if has just gotten bigger. I have gained weight since that long ago diagnosis. There is no pain and no other symptoms, no reflux. In fact, I generally feel really good! I am just concerned about the heaviness, pressure and the feeling that there is "something in there." Any suggestions or thoughts?
