Hi my name is Donna I have acid reflux and a Hiatus hernia which is really bothering me I feel like I have irritation under my breast bone like I have to burp and it just not want to release. When I do burp it feels good. I have been taking Previcid . Other then that I take tums, but that isn't really a good idea to take antacids all the time. I am struggling with my diet also. I have Celiac disease also but I have always been very strict with that diet. I need some help with how to correct the acid reflux?
