Hi i was admitted in the hospital for the problem i was having was vomiting and chest burning.Doctor final diagnosis with acute inferior wall myocardial infarction and type 2 diabetes melitus.So at the time of discharge they prescribed me with the following medicines Clopitab,Flavedon-mr 35mg,betaloc 12.5 storvas,hi-d3,pantocid,duphalac,telma,and glycomet 500 mg.But i left all medicines except Glycomet,pantocid,telma,and duphalac.Now i am feeling little o.k.Please suggest me what should i do now.
