Hi , i have been feeling incredibly tired, no motivation and usually i am quite energetic and motivated, im 50 years old , i just had TSH done and its 73, and my hemoglobin was 124, im not sure if this is perimenopause or if my thyroid is low , or anemic, hence having blood tests. Does low estogen make you feel tired, ? my brain is feeling muddled and even hard to talk as my brain is so foggy. hope you might have a feew suggestions for me
