Hi doctor, I would like to consult about the link between ejaculation and hair loss, since there are so many so called theories we all can find on the internet, the truth seems to be getting further, so here I am, as I have checked here n there, ejaculation can(what people online say) cause a conversion from testosterone to DHT, the latter can do damages to our hair follicles so and so, however, I am wondering if producing of DHT is a sharp spike or has consistent impact on our hair, like how long will it maintain itself to actually travel to our scalp through blood, will it disappear pretty soon or else.. and whether frequent sexual activities can boost DHT or testosterone to a higher level which is relatively stable, or not, personally I have experienced minor hair loss for like a year, my hair at right temple especially has started to go but slowly, and I couldn't find the explanation to it, yeah there is a inherited factor within my family but based on the situation of my grandpa and father it happens really late and very slow, like after 35 or 40, i am 27 now, looking forward to your reply, thanks doctor.
