Hi. My name is Lexi and i really need help. I'm going through extremely severe depression, stress, and anxiety but my mom doesn't believe me. I'm 13 years old. I think that the only way to get over this is to take medication. I don't like talking to people so counseling wouldnt work. (I've tried). I have struggled with self harm and I'm almost a month clean. But, im having severe suicidal thoughts. My mom won't get me medication. What should i do?
