Hi - the past two evenings I have developed discoloration on the back of both of my calves. It looks like a bruise, however, there is no pain. In the morning, it was gone. I noticed it for the first time yesterday and again tonight, but it could have been happening longer unnoticed. I am on my 11th week of a high dose of Vitamin D (50,000) for 12 weeks and also take liquid fish oil twice a day - for appox the past 2 months to lower a slightly elevated cholesterol reading. No other dietary changes.
