Help For Disc Prolapse

HI i m 25 f from kerala. I am 5'6" and i weigh 88 kgs. Recently i suffered frm disc prolapse. I desperately need to reduce my weight. Especially my tummy. I need to know what kind of exercise suit me and the diet i need to follow. I also suffer from Calcium deficiency. PLease help.

My cousion had disc prolapse.Now she is doing ok. She was on bed for quite sometime. Could exercise much later, that too very specific ones. I think her doctor suggested her some. She also had weight problem. Took her some time to loose weight. For calcium why dont u take some supplements. and eat lots of paneer and milk and eggs (if u eat eggs, sorry dunno if u do). But why dont u consult a diet and fitness expert. May not be manageable all by your self since u have both the disc problem and calcium problem.

strict food control can do wonders for u . eat more of cucumber no oil no nonveg no fried items 4 glass of water before u start eating .Chor kudadal kalikirada keto . but dont try any hard and heavy exercizes . I like kerla especially calicut i was there for 4 yrs.
