Hello have a great day for always Doc. i am 33 yrs old now, 5'0' in height, and my body weight is 51 kg. our family has an history of breast cancer, one of my sister is now a cancer survivor, I now in hand my Pelvic ultrasound report, i tend to have a check up with my OB Gyn. due to a prolong onset of menstruation for 2 months straight already. and here are the ff. diagnoses:
. In my Trans-vaginal sonogram shows an antrverted uterus measuring 7.6 cm x 5.1 cm x 5.9 cm.
.smooth contour and homogenous myometrium
. Endometrial stripe is 1.3 cm with smooth and entact endo-myometrium junction
. Clear adnexa
. intact cul de sac
. there are cystic masses in the cervix largest measures 1 cm.
Comment: Normal anteverted uterus 1.3 cm Endometrial stripe
clear adnexa, Nabothian Cysts.

Doc, am i still have a healthy reproductive system based on this diagnosis? how can i assure that i cant have the same health problem with my sister?. am i starting to experience a menopausal stage? i have my very first on set of menstruation when i was 12 yrs of age.
