Hello. I've Had Joint Problems For Years And, In The

Hello. I've had joint problems for years and, in the last 12 month, I had Eustachean tube dysfunction for 4 months (no infection was found). Recent testing has found minor inflammation everywhere even though I take a double dose of OTC NSAIDs daily (inflammation in my salivary gland after a biopsy; non-infection related inflammation in my sinuses; 9 months of inflammation in a knee; 18 months of inflammation in a shoulder; inflammation in my gut that causes severe constipation; etc.) My ETD cleared up completely when I was put on Prednisone for a week -- and, when it cleared, I discovered I'd had brain fog for months, too. I haven't felt that good in years. It didn't last long. Within a month the ETD, brain fog and joint pain were all back. Finally, for the first time, I tested with an RA Factor of 31 this month. I'm frustrated with my rheumatologist. He doesn't seem to think all of this is connected. My primary care physician is taking it more seriously. What do I have to do to get my rheumatologist to take me seriously?
