Hello I was with my friend today and he came out of the bathroom and he was a bleeding a stream of blood from his penis I asked him had he had any discharge he said no but he pointed at his left side and said it had been hurting and he had pointed to the kidney area I asked him if he's had any burning with urination or feeling frequent urination or try to urinate with no avail and he said no I haven't had any trouble with that so I was wondering if it could have been a kidney or bladder infection but all the questions I asked he said no to so could this be an STD
