Hello I was diagnosed with HPV in 2013. I recently went to get a re-pap and my test showed the the hpv cleared and the abnormal cells are gone. I was happy but then i remembered that the day i got my pap was the day right after my period ended. I didn't have my period when I had the pap, but I had just ended the day before. Could this mean that the pap results I just received are wrong? Could having my period the day before affect my results?
