Hello I have had a dry cough for about 6 month. 2 weeks ago after sitting in a room for a week where the AC would turn off and on and the room would go from warm to need a jacket cold 3 or 4 times a day it got much worse. I started feeling pressure in my lungs. For these 2 weeks it is a struggle to lay down in any position because feel I can't take a full breath. Laying on my back I feel so much pressure on my throat I panic because I feel I can't breath at all. It feels like someone is choking me. My throat always feel pressure the last 2 weeks. The best it feels is like wearing a tight tie uncomfortable and makes you want to gag. When bad I panic and start trying to force air in with short quick breathes. It is to the point where I am trying to sleep in a chair. Do I need emergency care or go to my normal clinic on Saturday
