Hello Dr. Koregol! I was just prescribed Fluticasone Propionate 50 mcg for one month to clear blocked eustachian tubes in both ears. I had almost fainted about 6 times. I have been taking 50Mg Atenalol for a few years for BP, but it has been rising lately. My Doctor recently prescribed an additional 25 MG of Losartan..but at the same time as the nasal spray. Not noticing much difference in the BP...averaging 152/80 now, and I think the nasal spray may be affecting the benefit of the Losartan. I wondered also how atenalol and losartan work differently? Personally, I think I need to stop this spray...Thank you!
