Hello Doctor, I Have A Little Challenge With My One

Hello Doctor, I have a little challenge with my one year old. She just turned one.

My baby is AA. Four days ago, She had a fever, was pale, ate very little, vomitted a few times, felt weak that i could hear her joints crack and watery stools a few times. We suspected malaria and began administering Lonart syrup , ibuprofen for the pain, paracetamol for the fever...then her regular abidec and vitamin C . We give her zinc tablet (half) and ORS when the stools are watery. She vomits almost everything she takes. She can only tolerate ORS now. And the fever is not down completely even after completing her lonart medication. She's on Augmentin now but her temperature is still warm. She has lost weight, always cranky from stomach pain and im worried. I give her a cold compress and later she's warm again.

Im wondering if it may be a case of deworming. I have never dewormed her since she was born. I have zentel in mind but can she take it while she's on the Augmentin.

Thanks. I await your reply.
