Heavy Acidity, Constipation, Frequent Headaches, Mouth And Throat Ulcers, On Brain Hemorrhage Treatment. Remedy?
Sir, my mom is 56 years old, she got a brain haemorrhage on 2nd of this month . There is a blood clot in left brain, she got semi paralysed at right side, she is recovering gradually. Now she is having Strocit500, Nootropil 800mg, Atorsave, Eptoin regularly thrice a day. But now days she is suffering from heavy acidity, constipation and frequent headache and she got mouth and throat ulcers and so she is having difficulties even drinking water. What should i do ??She doesnt have any blood sugar , pressure or anything.Kindly help with your valuable suggestion(s).

Hi , For her acidity you can prescribe her Proton Pump Inhibitors like Omeprazole 20mg or Pantaprazole 40mg daily empty stomach alongwith with prokinetics like Domperidone.To help her constipation ,kindly give her high fiber diet containing Salads, Fruits and Vegetables. Along with give bulk forming laxative containing Psyllium . In case see is having frequent headaches, kindly monitor her Blood Pressure. Hope it helps.
