Brief Answer:
Read below

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

The MRI has found the remains of some small cerebral hemorrhage. Judging from the location, distribution and the fact he was born premature it was concluded it was a germinal matrix hemorrhage, a complication which may happen in immature babies because of the persistence of this germinal matrix, a still developing immature tissue with fragile vessels. So it has happened at that time and as the brain has continued to evolve that tissue is not present anymore and there is no risk of reoccurring.

Now regarding the consequences of that hemorrhage, that depends on the extent, on whether it ruptured in the ventricles of the brain producing hydrocephalus, accumulation of the cerebrospinal fluid, damage to the brain matter. Judging from that MRI it must have been fortunately a Grade I or II hemorrhage (4 grades, the lower the better), there doesn't seem to be any major development abnormality, missing brain tissue or hydrocephalus. So for what concerns the MRI while there may be some slight issues and more slow in reaching milestones the prognosis is considered good, with a good development in time.

I hope to have been of help.
