Heart Pounding Really Really Hard, Please Help
Hey, I don't know why but my heart is pounding really really hard. I have come off antidepressants without the doctors notice because my mom told me to get off of it (long story). To keep myself from feeling the pain I have to think because I don't want to feel the pain.

To give up medicine without informing your doctor can harm you. your chest pain
could be related to your depression. So you should continue till your doctor says it.
In your case it is difficult to judge weather it is orgganic or cardiac neurosis. Yhanks
