Heart Palpitations, Tingling In Arms, High Blood Pressure, Mild Headache. Medical Attention Required?

I am a 54 yr. old female. I have been having an increasing amount of heart palpitations. Today I had several and my head feels fuzzy and my arms are tingly. I have high blood pressure and tonight its been running around 170/95. Kind of have a slight head ache. Should I call my Dr. and make an appt. tomorrow or is this no big deal?

The pressure reading of 170/95 is definitely abnormal. Kindly consult the doctor. Headache can be caused by high blood pressure. ECG will give an idea about your palpitation.
