Hello and welcome to HCM
You have not entered your age? The symptoms you have explained and feeling are due to Atrial Fibrillation (AF) or Paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT). In addition to this needs to be investigated for tingling left arm. It may be related to AF or PSVT but needs to be ruled out.
Your ECG and blood test came normal because you have done your ECG at resting stage. Do your ECG at the time of episode this will help in getting to a diagnosis.
These condition are not a serious condition and can be treated with beta blockers or calcium channel blockers.
If you get this episode than try to press you eyes by your own hand or try to vomit, this will help you immediately stopping the palpitations. But continue your medication as prescribed by your doctor so that it can be controlled by medication only.
Best Wishes
