See your doctor! 2 years ago, I was convinced I was on the verge of a heart attack. I was experiencing pains, sharp and dull, in the same area. I had a stress test and all the blood work only to find out everything was normal with my heart. After further evaluation I was diagnosed with acid-reflux. With proper mantainece medication I have been pain free. I'm not trying to diagnose you, only letting you know that if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck doesn't mean it's a duck. LOL. See your doctor.
