Health Check Up Done. Triglycerides, Lymphs Elevated. How To Reduce The Levels?

I just had some blood work done for our health screening at work and I went to my normal doctor because I needed to have my thyroid checked. While I was there I asked them to run a full panel. The doctor called the other day and said everything looked great except for my Triglycerides, they were elevated. Well I had the doctor scan over all the results and I noticed that on there my Lymphs were elevated. I am such a worry wart because we just adopted a baby 8 months ago and I want to be healthy for him. Can you take a look and let me what you think. Also, can you give me advice on how to lower my Triglycerides??

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You have raised triglycerides and lymphocytes.
You can control mild to moderate increase in triglyceride level by lifestyle changes and diet modification.Fenofibrate tablet 160 mg can be given once daily. You should limit fat and carbohydrate intake.
Lymphocytes may be increased in viral infections. Other causes should also be excluded.
Get well soon.
