Hi I have been feeling ill for three weeks with headaches , light headedness nausea , abdominal pains and swollen glands in my neck. Yesterday I noticed I have slight blurred vision in my right eye and pressure behind spreading to my nose. I was given penicillin last week which has stopped the ill feeling but I still get headaches.

hello. u need to be evaluated for chronic sinusitis/ migraine or for ur eye sight issues. u wud need a thorough throat examination to rule out acute or even chronic tonsilitis. may be u shud even be evaluated for infectious mononucleosis if the glands around the neck are painful and multiple.
