Headaches, Dizziness, Vertigo. Taking Medication For High BP. Recommendations?

Hello
I have had what I believe to be a case of vertigo One at the beginning of may and one just a few days ago
Very dizzy and nausa was sick several times in both cases. I have been having headaches and I'm lite headed for few days after the vertigo
I am been treated for high blood pressure and taking medication for it

Thanks for help with this

hi..
you are having dizziness, lightheadedness..
you are also taking antihypertensives..
it is common to have postural hypotension with these drugs..
try to follow this tips.. get up slowly from lying position/from sitting position, wait for few seconds before you move..
do every day walking and exercises..
anyways see your ENT surgeon to rule out vertigo and its causes..
