How Should High BP, Headaches, Dizziness And Stomach Upsets Be Treated?

I have never had high bp before. My husband and I have recently separated and there is tremendous stress. My bp is now 150/90. I have headaches, dizziness, stomach upset and losing weight. What should I do? Should I be concerned about my current bp?

Dear Mrs,

I would advise you to see your GP to discuss the prescription of a mild antyhypertensive medication.
Also I would advise you to see a psychologist or psychotherapist. If you overcome the stress your complaints may disappear.

Hope I could help you

Wishing you good health
