Headache, Sickness, Stomach Pain, Dizziness, Variation In Flow Of Urine. Reason And Cure?

Hi my cousin has a few problems, he suffers from headaches , feeling sick, stomach pains, sometimes dizzy, and now after a month of this, he said when he urinates, it goes normal, then slows a bit, then goes normal then slows, sometimes when he gets stomach pains, normally shortly after he wants to urinate, also he cant eat much food, if he does he feels sick bad and gets pains again

Thank you for posting your question here, I will try to answer it to the best of my abilities.

Well I would suggest you take your cousin to a hospital as soon as possible as without running some tests we cant really pinpoint the cause. He will definitely need a urine analysis and biochemical analysis to check whether there is anything wrong with his kidneys. As it is quite possible that he has developed kidney stones, but at this point this is just a guess. We need to run tests to find the cause.
