Headache, night sweats. Irregular period may be menopause. Is it symptoms of menopause or vertigo?

Hi I started with very bad headaches, terrible night sweats, off balance, my eyes feel dry and strand. When I walk I feel like I'm going to step down, when the ground is level. I'm 50 years old and I missed my first period so I started to think this may be menopause. The symptoms all happened so suddenly Can this be the beginning of menopause or vertigo?
