Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

Single sided headaches are usually due to migraines. Since you are also having ringing sounds in your right ear, you seem to be having migraine with aura.

Migraine can be trigerred by some factors. Some common factors are :-
1. Lack of sleep.
2. Missed meals.
3. Dairy products.
4. Excessive chocolates.
5. Foods conatining MSG.
6. Physical exercise.
7. Emotional/mental stress.
8. Mensturaion cycle in females.

You have to look out which factor is triggering your attack and should prevent it.
Loud sound and bright lights can also increase the pain during the attacks.

You should also get examined by a Neurophysician to rule out other causes of your headache.
Also get a scan of your head done.

You can take paracetamol 500 mg along with Domperidone 10 mg for mild attacks.
Anti-migraine medicines like flunarizine 10 mg can be started after discussing with your doctor.

I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks.
