Headache After Playing In The Sun. What To Do?

I was playing basketball outside for like 30 mins just shooting hoops and then went to my dads work where there's air conditioning. Now my left temple hurts, but inside where i cant massage it away. I was planning on training for basketball season but it seems that its not the best in the sun for me, when should i train and where? Thank you so much. Im a female btw

If this was a one time episode it shouldn't be a problem for you to play and train, the probable cause was not just the sun but the sudden exposure to a quick change in temperature, since at hot temps your arteries are dilated and then in the cold they become constricted (partially) there's a sudden change in blood supply to the head, which can often cause headaches, if this continues to happen then it may be more factors involved and a through clinical history and physical should be performed to better asses the nature of your symptoms.
