Head Hit Badly On Wall. Sore Throat, Swallowing Difficulty, Continuous Coughing, Blew Out Blood From Nose. Problem?

I was at volleyball practice and I was hit in the head and my head hit the wall pretty badly. It hurt for a while. A few hours later I had an extremely sore throat and I couldn't swallow without it burning. The next day the pain persisted but I was coughing a lot. I had a cough drop and ignored the pain. The next day at my volleyball game I went to drink some water and it burned and I kept coughing. Later I went to blow my nose and I blew out blood. I don't know if its a coincidence or that there's something wrong.
