Having Urethral Caruncle And Thrombosis. Had Total Hysterectomy. Having Severe Pain And IBS. Advise?
I have been told i have a urethral caruncle, i believe it has thrombosed because it does bleed. I had a total hysterectomy some years ago at 25, now 42. I am in severe pain, doctor prescribed antibiotics even though i have no infection and thrush cream. They refuse to refer me to a gyneo or give me any other treatment. Is there anything i can buy to cure it myself. It is believed to have bleeding caused by straining with IBS. Not on hrt.

have sitz bath
take analgesic-antiinflammatory drug
get gynac check-up
you may require hrt.
