Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that your symptoms are related to balanitis which is inflammation of the glans of the penis.

This inflammation can be as a result of trauma, infection (viral, bacterial or fungal), exposure to chemical agents (soaps, detergents, creams), poor hygiene.

You may want to consider refraining from sexual activity for a few days, the application of a mild steroid cream to reduce the inflammation may also be helpful.
If it is related to a fungal infection, an over the counter topical antifungal can also be applied.

You may consider visiting your doctor if your symptoms do not resolve.

I hope this helps

Hi,

You might have early stages of an STD. What you can do to be totally sure is to get a full STD profile done. This will ensure that you and your partner are safe. Also, too much sex can lead to some bruising and swelling. Take adequete rest and ice the area. This should help a lot.

All the best.
