Having Undergone Septoplasty Turbinectomy FESS 5 Days Ago, When Can I Blow My Nose?

Just had septoplasty turbinectomy FESS on 5 days ago and feeling fairly ok.
When can I begin to gently blow my nose? Lots of green mucus from one nostril and blood mucus from the other. Needless to say, still quite clogged, but blowing my nose should help me sleep
