Having tension, stress, weakness, gastritis, vomitting after childbirth. Remedy for recovery?

i have second c section ..during pregnanacy i have tesnion and i have gastric and vomiting baby is ok ....but i am very much week now and i have less quantity of milk to can i recover the weekness as i have now bony face rather than filled face..and it looks i am very much ill... i have test my susur and all almost test ... ecg ...and colestrol level ...evvery thing is ok ...but only tension stress and physical weakness i can i recover the weakness

1.. improve and dorrect your diet under the guidence of a dietician
2.. some amount of exercise and meditation to improve your lifestyle
3.. anxiolytics as a group of medications that you could be offered under the supervision of a doctor
