OBGYN 's  Response
It is true that menopausal symptoms can include extreme weakness and syncopal attacks but you should get your vital signs checked when such things happen to rule out any organic cause. You may also get a neurological exam as your cardio work up is normal. See a gynecologist for a hormonal profile and a general check up. Meanwhile try to place yourself in a cool environment, do some breathing exercises every day in the morning and evening and whenever you get the hot feeling. Take plenty of water and try to avoid stress. Wish you good health.
