Having Sinusitis And Headache. How To Get Rid Of The Mucous?

Have a really bad case of sinusitis. Have tried a few different tablets and nasal sprays. Also been to the doctor and got an antibotic which has done nothing. Has been 10 days now. I find it is getting caught at back of nose and mouth and I find it hard to breath and sometimes swollow. What can I do to get rid of the mucous. Bad headache too.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, You are suffering with sinusitis, doctors and medicines could not help. Difficult to breath, and head ache.
If not responding to treatment you can have culture and sensitivity of the throat swab, and use medicine accordingly.
Some times surgery is required wit local anaesthesia, approaching from the nose. Thank you.
