Having Severe Autoimmune Disorder And Melasma. Can I Use Hydroquinone Cream Esoterica?

I am a disabled person and i have a sever autoimmune disorder. i have melasma or dark spots in my face and i just want to know if it is safe for me to use hydroquinone cream esoterica? i heard from a friend of mine that mercury may worsen my illness and i am afraid on how to treat my face but the melasma is becoming worst.

Autoimmune disorder is not a contraindication for topical hydroquinone cream.
You may use esoterica cream at night over the patches. Mornings please apply a sunscreen with high spf even though you are not going outdoors.
I do not know about mercury, but oral contraceptive pills and some anti epileptics worsen melasma.
