Having Pregnancy Symptoms, Had Tubal Surgery, Negative Pregnancy Test. What Could Be This?

I had a tubal in January. My Dr said she cut, tied, and burned tubes. My first two periods were within an hour of being 30 days apart. I am now 9 days late and am having some pregnancy symptoms. Fatigue, headaches, some nausea, sensitivity to smells... I am also having a pain to the right of my belly about 3-4 inches. Took a pregnancy test Monday and was negative. What could be going on with my body??!!

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
As you underwent tubectomy there is less chance for pregnancy.
The delay in periods can occur due to many causes and also just by symptoms we cannot confirm or rule out pregnancy.
So you once consult gynecologist, get examined and go for ultrasound to rule out the possibility of pregnancy and also to find out the cause for delayed periods.
If your doctor's suggests you can go for hormonal profile including thyroid hormones and prolactin levels.
After that you can take tablets for withdrawal bleeding with your doctor's advice.

Take care.
