Having Pains In Heart. Is This A Serious Problem?

i am 18 years old and i have a heart murmur that is functional. Over the past couple weeks i have been having pains in my heart when i workout and play baseball and exert myself. I have to stop sometimes because of the heart pain. Is this a serious problem?

it looks like muscular pain If Gym and exercise is not not producing any other cardiac symptoms it does not look like that your haert is involved or it is heart disease However muscle pain may get
agrivated locally after Gym or exercise

Cadigram is not required in my opinion however to get rid of your concern you may get it done
