Having Pain In Shoulder And Swelling In Lower Legs. Having Loss Of Appetite And Headache. Help?

hi my first name is Crystal, i have been very tired with some back pains in my mid shoulder area of my back, also swelling of my lower legs, i seem to bloat in my abdomen when i do eat or drink. l have loss of appetite and also headaches on the right hand side of my frontal part of my head. i am 52 years old white female. my weight is 80 kilos and i am 5 foot 3 inches. do you think you can help me

Thank you for the query. I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. I will definitely try to help you with the possible causes which you might have according to your symptoms. The symptoms you have mentioned are mostly due to organic cause in my opinion and for that you need to be evaluated by a physician closely. But I will advice you to have echocardiography done to rule out heart related causes first and along with that I will also advice you to have thyroid profile done.At present I can give only symptomatic treatment but after diagnosing the cause we will treat accordingly.
