Having On And Off Stomach Ache. Noticed Blood In Urine. What It Could Be?

I am a 22 years old female. Have pains in my stomach on and off they only came on me today their mainly on the left lower side. I have noticed once when i went to the toilet in my urine there was a bit of blood and when i wiped myself there was a bit more like discharge . I hadnt any burning sensation or pain going to the toilet, can you please tell me what it could be? I would really appreciate your comments!

Thanks for query,
You might have urinary tract infection.
Go for complete urine check up,
Ultra sound to rule out stone in the kidney,
Take plenty of water,
After reports if infection is present,go for antibiotic course.

Blood in the urine could be due to multiple factors like, urinary tract infection, stones in kidney or urinary tract, kidney disease or pain medication. Visit your doctor for workup to find out the exact cause and further management. In the mean time keep drinking lots of fluids, frequent voiding of urine and follow safe sexual practices.
